Strava Integration Support
Get help with connecting and syncing your Strava activities
Getting Started
Ultra Coach integrates with Strava to automatically sync your running activities, providing detailed analysis and coaching insights.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and locate the Strava Sync card
- Click the "Connect with Strava" button
- Authorize Ultra Coach to access your activity data
- Once connected, click "Sync Now" to import your activities
Common Issues
Sync Not Working
If your activities aren't syncing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Strava account. You can also check the sync start date to ensure it's set correctly.
Missing Activities
Only the most recent 30 activities are synced by default. You can adjust the sync start date to control which activities are imported.
Treadmill Activities
Ultra Coach automatically detects treadmill activities based on lack of GPS data and elevation change. If a treadmill activity isn't detected correctly, please contact support.
Data Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. Your Strava data is:
- Only accessible to you - no other users can see your activities
- Stored securely in encrypted databases
- Used solely for providing coaching insights and analysis
- Never shared with third parties
You can disconnect your Strava account or delete all Strava data at any time from the Advanced Settings page.
